Poetry allows myself to escape from the confinements of this world. Besides writing poetry I enjoy writing short stories. Writing expresses my imagination in vivid imagery. When I am an angy or saddened, writing relieves my feelings of tension. Writing is my escape from reality. In writing my dreams and wishes come alive.
