I am a medical doctor in New Zealand with a special interst in adolescent health and sexual health. My first book, the autobiographical 'Bent Not Broken'was released in NZ in November 1999. It was the fourth-equal best selling NZ title in 2000. It has since become a best seller in the UK and is also sold in Germany and China. The sequel 'Life On The Line' reached bestseller staus in NZ and the UK. The books detail my life as a teenaged stripper and prostitute, before turning my life around, returning to High School, and later graduating from medical School. I am about to release a book on safety issues for teens, especially in the sexual arena. I have a 'bottom drawer' novel called 'Under The Nail Tree', and am working on a second currently.
