I am a recovering fundamentalist and as a result have been researching why we believe what we do about the afterlife, God and our religious heritage.
This has led me to write my first book, "The World's Most Dangerous Book" which is all about the Bible, where it came from, what it is and why it is the most influential book the world has ever seen.
On a personal note, I have a degree in education, spent 10 years as a substitute teacher as well as many years in various jobs including working as a legistlative aide in the state capitol. I have four children, two stepchildren and three grandchildren. My wife and I are both natives and have lived in this small Oregon town our whole lives.
