of poetry and paintings which is now published and have completed a play for a summer festival in Montreal.A previous chapbook was published in 2003 through Lulu.com.
My professional writing background began in Rome in October 1996 where I contributed an Italian article for the Avvenimenti magazine. When I took off to Yemen, late in 1997 I had that opportunity to do freelance for their only English language regular newspaper, working for the late Dr. Saqqaf while teaching English and other subjects in the capital. Coming home a year later to Montreal meant a continued search for other freelance markets, and my registering with the Periodical Writer's Association of Canada and Quebec Writer's Frederation.
The Quebec Drama Federation allowed me to contribute several articles for their quarterly issue: I was a program co-ordinator then for the theater milieu. I have also contributed articles for web newspapers such as www.alternative-economic.org and www.aubainesetopportunites.com and currently write for the Zoom column in a local Iranian newspaper.
