1996 Profile: Brownie H. was born in Germany in 1974, with a farther in the US Army. Brownie of mixed heritage(Chippewa, Sioux, Irish, Red Fox{African Tribe}). Brownie won a New poets $1,000 scholarship prize for his poem (Elders Song) that was published in the New Poetry journal 1989. Later he joined the US Air force. After the military he went from job to job, not finding his niche, but continuing to write. After having over twenty different jobs(Park Dept., Sanitation SPC, Parking lot Painter, House sitter, Construction, ect...) in less than six years, roaming through out the US and into Canada Brownie slowed down to write and save up some money. Hoping to accumulate enough money to build a yacht to Live in and Sail around the world...

2006 update: Now after having worked over Sixty Different Jobs(Truck Driver, Computer Tech, Line Tech, Stock Clerk, Warehouse, Sales Rep, Resume Writer, House Painter, Mover, Comp. Programmer, Telephone Tech, Radio Tech, Sanitation ENG., Music Mixer, assembly line, Mail Insert Op., ectů), written many short internet articles, making lots of WWWeb sites, and doing lots of computer related work, 2D/3D Art and a number of paintings. Brownie has once again return to his true passion of writing poems, books, and short stories. He has even sold over 327 E-books from his FireWell series since August 2006. 2009 update: Unfortunately Brownie Haney, Jr., died on Oct. 23, 2009. He was dearly loved and he will be sorely missed.
