Jill Terry

Atlantic Beach, Florida, United States

Home page:

Jill Terry is a truth-seeker who finds solace in putting her thoughts to words and sharing with all those who would listen. An accomplished award winning author, whose talents span several genres, including; romantic suspense, paranormal thrillers, mystery/crime/suspense thrillers, as well as poetry. Jill is one of those people who have found what she loves to do and keeps plugging away, despite the odds.

Jill believes in her success, as do those who have read her work. She's not content to take half measures in finding her audience and is actively involved in all phases of the industry.

In 2003 she published her first two romantic suspense novels to rave reviews. Her third novel, MACUMBA, a paranormal thriller, won 1st place at the 2004 Royal Palm Literary Convention. November 2004 also marked the release of her first book of poetry, which has garnered several awards that include; 2004 Poem of the Year, Best Up-and-Coming Poet and 1st Place Free-Verse Poetry Collection.

Jill refuses to fall into the "formula trap" set forth by major publishing houses in order to sell books. A genuine love of the craft and a satisfying creative outlet is what keeps her turning out one book after another. Her natural ability to light a fire of compassion as well as heart-pounding excitement has been extolled time and again by reviewers and readers alike.

All books by Jill Terry are written under pen name J.A. Terry and are available online and bookstores everywhere. Review copies and press kits are available upon request. For more information or to schedule an interview or book event, you can contact her directly, at
