Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Sabra Robinson is an aspiring writer of children's literature and adult Christian fiction and presently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and three children. Her first children's novel, Micky, Ticky, Boo! Says Hello is set to be self-published in the Spring of 2003. Sabra credits her inspiration of this story to her two year old daughter,Terah, during an 'invented' bedtime story.

Although Sabra originally designed the characters she would like to recognize her illustrator, Berry Holly, for bringing her characters to an enhanced animated form. While Holly uses Prismacolor for his designs, his sense for colorful and riveting art is like no other. His attention to detail and ability to create drawings at a "drop-of-a-dime" is impressive. Holly has been illustrating for ten years and currently serves as the After-School director for the Mallard Creek Recreational Center in Charlotte, NC.

Sabra received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Morgan State University in 1993 and worked in corporate America for thirteen years. She now writes full-time and anticipates writing for all age groups. "Micky, Ticky, Boo! Goes to Australia" will be her next book within the series. Sabra is also currently working on an adult Christian fiction novel entitled, Lukewarm Whisper, which is set to be published Winter 2003. She penned Lukewarm Whisper in 1999, however, she delayed publication and instead decided to focus on a children's book.

Since childhood, writing and daydreaming have been welcomed thorns in the side of this aspiring writer. Many of these dreams have been cast aside while others have been written as childhood stories, letters or detailed in diaries.

More importantly, Sabra's main desire is to positively impact audiences young and old; from the Micky, Ticky, Boo! daydreamer to the Lukewarm Whisper spiritual seekers.
