Loretta Hall is a freelance writer and technical writing instructor. Partly a generalist, she has written seven books and numerous magazine articles on topics including architecture, history, space research, multiculturalism, and tourism. Also a specialist, she has written articles for magazines and reference books about the mid-tech topics of engineering, construction, and manufacturing. She is a member of the National Space Society, the Society for the History of Technology, the Historical Society of New Mexico, and the National Federation of Press Women. She lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with her husband, Jerome Hall.
