In pursuit thereof, have written a full-length novel about an African woman trying to adjust to a new awareness of herself or some such thing, that I am hoping to get published by someone who can pick out true genuis from dross(sic).
Am single, female and childless, but I am more interested in getting published than anything else. I have poems and a few stories stashed somewhere in my office at home, but I don't think those are very good. I have more faith in the book, though parts of it still depress me. Interests: Reading, writing (when I stop agonising over my drafts), movies (on TV), going to a cabaret with friends and interrupting the show from time to time.
