Born in Montreal, Canada, 1962, Luigi studied Social Sciences at John Abbot College, left Classics & Philosophy at Concordia University to move to Vasto (Italy) where he coordinates the Vasto Writers & Artists Retreat with American artist Rachel Citrino.

After several short stories were published by the Chicago Quarterly Review and Happy, he embarked on a literary trek of 2000 miles on a Vespa scooter - NYC, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Chicago, Baltimore, Annapolis, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC.- to promote his first novel At the Hearth of the Devil's Lair. In-progress, his second novel, about language laws, freedom of expression and art installations set in New York and Quelquebeck...
