I did a home writers correspondence course many years ago.
I have been writing short articles, am in the middle of writing a childrens book. I have just completed a short story/book of 44 pages long, and I am looking to send it via the net for critics to look at it, and point me in the right direction.I have also written a small version of my views of Sept 11th, which was true, as I have two sisters who live in New York and were there when it all happened, so this is how I reacted even speaking to one of my sisters as it was happening around her...
I have just started a smaller version of a childrens story, which although true, I have altered the facts to make it more interesting.I am in the middle of writing a trilogy of books for children, its a fictional story of a city that is actually run by friendly bulls, no humans in this story, well not the start of it anyway, I am halfway through the first book, and then will go onto the next book until the trilogy is finished, I think I want to send the first part of the trilogy in to an agent....
I am seriously considering in writing a book re my life, I have travelled extensively, served 9 years in Royal Navy, spent most of my workinglife in a sales environment.
Now live in Spain and have done for the last four years with my wife, and want to write short stories regarding our experiences living in a different country with differing cultures etc.
I am very serious, I would love to be able to write full time and earn from my workings, but also want to flex my muscles and write some short articles so I can also gain more experience.

Interests: reading, writing , using computer, football, most sports, literature, walking, swimming and generally relaxing with a good book.
