Mya Bell is a novelist and screenwriter. She is a fulltime writer and has authored a large number of articles, books, pamphlets, and documents, as well as ghostwriting technical literature for several prominent companies.

Since 1998, she has had four very large books published by a respected American-based international publisher under another pen name that she uses for nonfiction. Three of these books are still in print and doing well in their respective genres.

She is currently working on a fifth nonfiction book that will published in 2007 with a new publisher.

Mya has been devoting her full energy to writing contemporary mainstream/literary fiction for the last three years. She completed her first novel mid-October 2004 and has recently finished two more. She is also keenly interested in cinematic adaptations (a challenging art form) and is working on a screenplay adaptation of her first novel and will be working hard on those again when she turns in her current nonfiction manuscript to the publisher.
