On Me:
I am an Optical Engineer, with Bachelors in physics. I tutor Math on the side. I have been married for 4 years, and I have a four month old baby girl.
On Writing:
I started writing when I was fifteen. Made one submission at twenty, of course it was rejected. But I was crushed. I put down my writing then and concentrated on physics thinking I could be happy without writing. Ah what a fool I was.
So after 3 years of being an engineer I cannot take it any longer. My muse is revved up, and I must write or burst!
What do I write:
I started with prose. I am actively sending out two Sci Fi shorts. One of which is here, Alternative Cognition. I am about to start a more literary short. I just finished my first screenplay, loosely based on my adventures in the National Guard. I have two other screenplay in the idea outline stage. And a couple of half-hour TV sitcoms I'm working on.
Movies:
I am eclectic; Matrix, Groundhog Day, Pulp Fiction, A Christmas Story (I never get enough of this movie) Fargo, Platoon, Shrek, and Mortal Combat are some of my favorites.
