Cornell Colbert is a general manager for a leading contract management services company. With operations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, the company generates annual revenue of $7.3 billion, serves more than ten million customers daily and employs 125,000 employees.

Cornell is a proven leader in strategic, operational, and project management. He has been featured in numerous articles for his trend setting approach within the service industry. A respected community leader, Mr. Colbert is a member of the Colorado Springs Diversity Forum's Business and Government Affairs Communty, as well as the Colorado Springs Gazette Newspaper's Community Advisory Committe.

In addition to being a former multi-facility owner/operator, and a Professional Karate Association regional Black Belt Grand-Champion, Cornell is a popular leadership speaker and trainer who mixes allegorical stories with real life experience.

Cornell is a certified instructor and registered proctor for the ServSafe Food Protection Management Certification Examination.

He has served as editor and contributing writer for a number of publications, including both the Currie Management Consultants (CMC) "Service Workbook" and "Fleet Management Workbook." He is also a contributing author for the third book in CMC's "Achieving Profit Potential" series.

Cornell is also working on a new leadership book based on his life experiences, which due out in December 2008.
