Jerry A. Jaleel F.R.G.S., is a Canadian citizen, and a resident of Canada since 1968, university graduate, Forester and wildlife enthusiasist, Founder and Director of the Jim Corbett Foundation (1994), Memeber of National Geographic Society, Fellow of Royal Geographic Society. Traveled extensively in India, East Africa, Europe,USA and Canada. Married. Hobbies include collecting books on travel, adventure, big game hunting in Africa and Asia, writing, photography and fishing.
Owner of Safari Books. Published UNDER THE SHADOW OF MAN EATERS: THE LIFE & LEGEND OF JIM CORBETT in 1997 by the Jim Corbett Foundation, Canada as a limited edition of 1000 copies, signed by the author. A revised and enlarged edition was published by Orient longman (New Delhi) in 2001. Would like to publish this title in the USA for which I hold all the copyrights. Currently working on several projects.
