Alison Archenhold Hunt

In 1949 Alison Clare Karel Archenhold was born in Birmingham, England.
Alison was the first child of a mother of English Irish heritage and a father who had a German Jewish refugee background. For the first 50 years of her life Alison defined herself first as a daughter, then a big sister, a girl scout, a mother, then wife, Rotoractor and teacher.
After almost 30 years of marriage Alison was divorced and redefined herself. Now she has emerged as an author. With family and friends living all around the world, her aim is to make the world a happier place one person at a time through her writing.
Currently living in Virginia Beach, USA where she has been since July 1994, she considers herself a traveler through life who tries to make as little negative physical impact on the environment as possible.
She has been a member of the Chesapeake Romance Writers chapter and the Romance Writers of America since August 1997. Her main interests are art, education, history, nature, scuba diving, traveling and volunteer activities. She is the proud mother of Sarah and Simon Hunt and grandmother of Paige who is the joy of her life.
