Janetmae Weaver is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania but has also resided in New York, Tennessee, Mississippi and Florida. As of this writing she and her husband are happily living in Florida.
Although she would have loved to spend her life writing, living took up most of her time. She has worn many hats in order to support herself, from serving tables to managing businesses. Janetmae has written for newspapers and magazines, both prose and poetry. Much of her writing comes from colorful experiences in her own life. This indeed is the case with her first book, "Haven or Hex?" which depicts her own life up to age 19.
