Laura Tittl
St Clair Shores, Michigan, United States Email: lauriejtittl@comcast.net I started writing at 8, poems and songs (really horrible songs, but songs all the same). In my teen years I lived out my rebel attitudes, and at 18 met the only man who could tame me. Now I am a quiet (yeah right) normal, (please) mother and wife of ten years. My travels with my soldier husband have landed me in upper class america, and surprisingly, I Love it! My writing is the only views into the fact that the rebel still lives and is given enough oxygen to breathe in the stories. The rebel me is a much beeter storyteller than the laid back housewife I still struggle to appear as. My writing touches many genres, but mostly fantasy...I have talking mountain lions, lost indian souls, FBI guys who underneath the $1500 suits and gucci shoes are, (shockingly) normal guys with their brains in their...well, you all know the answer to that, be you a man, or a woman having to deal with a man. My short stories are about bear attacks, abused children, and a trip to canada with the inlaws, some funny, some just weird, and the trip to canada, pretty much nonfiction:)
I write ghost stories, (yes, I'm a believer, ask me someday to prove it, and I'll take you to a town that will knock all the scepticism out of you in 10 minutes flat).
well, that's about all I can say about me, and yet it's not even the tiniest bit of me:)
