I actually started writing when I was ten due to the encouragement of my English teacher, Mrs. Lang. I wrote my first "novel" the next year, 'Mystery on the English channel.' A Hardy Boy/Nancy Drew type mystery (From a young age my reading was dominated by Dickson and Keen. As were the classics.) I wrote several short stories over the following few years which became a full length novel in the end but didn't have the courage to start any real novels until I turned 17 when I started the first book of what has become a series of four books These I called Operation Vietnam with the Sub titles of Innocence Lost; For God and Country; Right or Wrong; the fourth has yet to be title and is a work in progress and Battle amongst the stars (my first Science Fiction). In between I have written Titanic revisited; Love behind the badge; Illumination; Dreamscape; Rescue Love (WIP); Second chance at Love and I am busy with my first childrens Fantasy. I have had a couple of poems published in my high school year book and an article for a technology newspaper but that was also in high school. I would love to get published but if I don't then it will not be the end of the world as I love writing for the pleasure not the treasure. Interests: Writing, reading, Horse riding, movies and the outdoors and adventure.
