I've been writing for as long as I can remember, whether it was an elegy for John F. Kennedy in grade school, nonsense verse in high school, or short stories and novels in the years since. I graduated from college in 1975 with a bachelor's degree in music composition, which means, of course, that I'm an inspector in a factory. I'm married with two adult children.
My written works I'm willing to acknowledge include eleven short stories, ten poems, and three novels. I lean toward fantasy and science fiction, although I'm shifting more and more into contemporary, mainstream fiction. All of my material is influenced by an orthodox, evangelical Christian worldview, although much of it is not blatantly Christian or even religious. Two of my short stories have been published by a local group which supplies small copies of mostly poetry to local coffeehouses (my stories were the first short stories they've published). Three more short stories and a poem were printed in an anthology, "Facets fo Friendship", self-published by the members of the Creative Writers Group. I'm currently seeking an agent and much wider publication. Although I've never done freelance work before, I'm willing to consider taking on assignments.
