Born 1944 in Bebek, İstanbul.Attended Roberts College. Worked in many areas both as an employee and as a self employed person, including Export/İmport Manager in automotive industry; bank manager; owned a wheat factory; bought big bottles of acetone and used them to fill little bottles which were sold to pharmacies - this aged sixteen!; at the same time employed others to fulfill a window dressing contract for a well known banking chain. Traveled extensively in Europe, both east and west; Asia and the Middle East. Lived in England whilst working for a British company and a German company based in Lichtenstein.Since returning to Turkiye was involved in tourism for a time , owning a gulet, a traditional turkish boat. Now retired and at last finding time to fulfil a long held ambition to use some of this experience and write. Family background - father was a well respected Professor of Analytical Chemistry, who represented the medical circle in the preparation of the 1961 constitution of Turkiye. He was invited to Afganistan as Minister of Health in the times of Ali Cinnah; mother- the daughter of a palace concubine once rented one of the Princess İsland and spent all the money her husband earned in Afganistan.
