Wynne Huddleston's poetry has been published in numerous ezines, ebooks journals, and anthologies, including Birmingham Arts Journal, Camroc Press Review, and Danse Macabre. Her poem "Same Stars, Different Houses" received a Pushcart Nomination from Deep South Magazine. She is the Mississippi Poetry Society 2014 Poet of the Year, the recipient of the 2013 MPS Award and winner of the Grandmother Earth National Contest for Environmental Poetry (2010). Ms. Huddleston has served on the board of both the Mississippi Writers Guild and the Mississippi Poetry Society. In 2011 she was Workshop Presenter for the 54th Mid-South Poetry Festival in Memphis, TN. Born in Texas, she has lived in Mississippi most of her life, where she has been an elementary music teacher for 25 years. She has two grown sons and two grandchildren. From the Depths of Red Bluff, published by the Mississippi Poetry Society, Inc., is Ms. Huddleston's first book.
