Indonesian novelist. My trilogy novels published by PT. Grasindo, Indonesia. The titles are: "Jendela-Jendela" (The Windows), "Pintu" (The Door) and "Atap" (The Roof). As of May 2003, since published Juli 2001, Jendela-Jendela has been reprinted more than 10 times (each 5000 copies). Pintu which was published January 2002 and Atap which was published August 2002 are also the publisher best sellers. My trilogy novels are about the human relationship stories with Javanese culture as a background, using the first person as point of view.

Outside the trilogy, "Biru" (Blue), was published in June 2003. In only less than a week, 5000 copies was sold and it was reprinted. Other published works are: "Ms. B series" ("Call Me B", "Will U Marry Me", "Becoming Mommy", etc) and Rojak (novel- February 2004). The latest recent works: "Brownies" (movie adaptation-November 2004) and "Alamak!" (short stories- January 2005).

My dream is having my novels translated to English and distributed in Singapore, or even around the world. So that's why, I am looking for a publisher outside Indonesia, that will be interested to publish and distribute my novels, possibly in Singapore, Australia, England or even USA.

I have bachelor degree in Journalism-Communication from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kan., USA.(Summer 1995). Did a bit of master studies in Public Relations, Wichita State University, Wichita, Kan., USA. I used to work at my university newspaper. Then I moved to Jakarta (1996)worked for Dewi magazine, a well known female magazine there. I got married (1997) and moved to Singapore. I was working part-time as Singapore correspondent for Harper's Bazaar magazine (Indonesia edition), also a part-time presenter of Radio Singapore International.
