I am from the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies, and grew up in a village on the northern part of the island called Cocorite. I spent my younger days sort of like a framer's kid; taking care of goats and ducks and chickens etc. They were my chores on a dialy basis. When I started secondary school I got myself enrolled in the cadets which is a sort of junior military for the next six years. Little did I know that my entire life was being shaped and fashioned by God for what was ahead. After leaving school I started working in a pharmacy and did law studies part time as well. It was during these years that I attended a church on invitation by a friend that changed my life forever. Now that I am the pastor of a church, I can see that my taking care of animals was my introduction to pastoring. My involvement in the Junior military (cadets), was my introduction to voice training in preparation for preaching and leading. Now as a writer, I am using all of my experiences to encourage others in life. My first book Surviving the mountain top is published and available now at Barnes and Noble, Amazon.com and other stores across the U.S.
Interests: I enjoy watching a good movie; Avatar, the 10 commandments and Titanic are what
comes to mind immediately. I also enjoy reading and writing. Surfing the net for new
and interesting things comes in third.
