I am a 26 year old femme who has lived with depression since the age of 13.
I am an abstract poet but have recently started a fictional novel about a girl's memoirs in a mental institution. I am also working on a fictional book about a serial killer. Between the two, I get about 3 hours of writing (and re-writing) done a day.
These will be my first novel attempts. I am still very new to fictional writing. I am also on the search for an agent, as I am hoping to be published as soon as I finish either book. Interests: I love to write, of course. I also am in love with reading. My favourite writers are Chuck Palahniuk, Neil Gaiman, Alice Hoffman, Aimee Bender, and Sylvia Plath. I lean more towards recent and not so much "the classics".
