Louis Carter's Best Practice Publications provide the most practical, applicable, best practice research, workshops, practitioners, tools, models, and instruments to help you achieve your most strategic business goals and objectives-- with a FOCUS on RESULTS. We publish the online journal of Best Practices in leadership development and change.
Our BPI best practice analysis process (Copyright 2004, Best Practices Institute), combines a client-centered protocol questionnaire with a 6-phase approach for best practices. These six phases include linking to business objectives and positive change, leader and/or process analysis, design, implementation, follow-up and follow-on work, and evaluation.
