    Re: The Rejection Letter

...I could give fifty more examples of the barbaric and brutal messages I received...

    Barbaric? Brutal?

    Wow.

I've got ten bucks that says if she's a nurse at all, it's gotta be in a convent.

And that she's been there a long, long time.

And if she thinks the people on this board are barbaric...just imagine how she will react to the reviews if she ever gets published!

I was condemned because I did not know what snarky meant. I happen to know someone who used the word just the other night, and eighteen thousand people did not believe it was a word; he really had to convince them.

    Cathy,
Thanks for the link and the link it led to--Slushkiller. The latter is hysterically funny. I'm putting both links on my blog.

Lysis please, the title of troll has already been bestowed. Let's not insult him by comparing him to someone else. Are you some kind of indian giver?

    Re: The Rejection Letter

The first rejection letter I got had three words. "Pass, God Bless." I sent a reply. "Thank you" ....Be glad you have two letters showing interest. Even the rejections are helpful and who knows, if you do get published then you can send them an email saying "See what you missed!"
