Re: ATTITUDE OF WRITING FOR UPCOMING WRITERS

This thread went from crap to funny and now I find myself strangely aroused.

Oh, shudders! I can hardly wait for the "you're a sexist" commentary to follow my last post...slipping away I go.

Yup. There's a lot that cannot be fully understood at writers.net.

One can never tell for sure if a poster is for real, or if they're just here to flame, Dutch.

I think of people at writers.net like this: There are pros, and there are cons. And, then there are those who are somewhere in-between.

If Sonnet speaks from his heart, then good on him. However, most would disagree with his philosophy re making money from one's writing and that's okay as well. It's his choice.

And In fairness to the writer I detect a little communication/language confusion.

I agree, Otto. And, in checking his website, there are several poems there which are quite good IMO.

Was in India for a short (pianful) stint. Liked it. Took some R&R in Bombay, went to a restaurant on the water. The waiter asked me if I wanted International or Indian Curry. Of course, I said, "Indian."

I drank every glass of water on my table and all of the surrounding tables.

    What is "international" curry? Mild?
