    Agent Contract

For those of you who signed on with your agent, what was your contract time length?

Mine doesn't have a built-in length. Either of us can opt out at any time with a thirty-day notice. I've been told this is the typical MO of most reputable agencies.

I wouldn't sign a contract for less than a year, or more than two.

A year to 18 months is pretty standard.
