Is leaving CMA and starting her own agency, Firebrand Literary Agency. I read her blog from time to time and this was just announced.

I don't think so -- she's very young (24? 25?). She is bringing 15 clients with her, so it sounds like she has a good start.

She is going to give herself a few weeks before she starts accepting new clients. If you have a partial or full in and she hasn't gotten back to you, she says you should email her. I'm not sure about the queries, though.
