r g -- Perusing Kristin's site is what changed my mind about non-NYC agents. From what she shares there, it sounds like she makes a BIG effort to remain connected and maintain the necessary relationships.

Yeah, I'm from the northeast -- so it showed, hmm? Living in the Central time zone now, though. And have actually been to San Fran and Napa -- LOVE the vineyards.

Maybe this has something to do with the fact that, recently, a guy in a bar in San Fran tried to kiss my husband.
