PL or PW? Who to pay for?

... i know these are both valuable research tools, but can anyone tell me what the main difference is, and which is best to pay for (i'm too broke to pay for both!)
    cheers!

PL costs $15/mo and you can stop it any time. Isn't PW $225 in full, for a year? Also, I can't help feeling PL is more selective, and if you're in their 'camp' you won't have to wade through volumes to read what you're looking for. PW's available free for 30 days. hmm

PL is free, isn't it? I've been getting it in my inbox for free, anyway.

Free except for access to research the site - agents, deals, offers, jobs, book tracking, editors etc

PL is free, PM is a $15.00/month fee. I'm not a member, but if I were going to subscribe to something it would be PM.

PL is free. I get it every day and I don't pay a cent. Why would some folks get it for free & some have to pay?

You don't have to pay for Publisher's Lunch. That is a free email newslater about the biz. If you want to research deals, look up jobs, track books, etc., then you need to pay the $15/month to Publisher's Marketplace. I pay the fee and find it is well worth the money!
