Gift Book Question
Hello,
I am seeking some help on this dilemna. Thank you!
I wrote a small gift book and want to submit it to publishers for publication. Per the writer's guidelines, the publisher only wants the first X number of pages and an outline. The book is only 32 pages because it's meant as a gift book.
Also, I actually bound the book and it looks really nice. I want the publisher to see what the finished product can look like when complete.
Can I send the finished product or will they just throw it out because I did not adhere to the guidelines?
Thank you!

I wouldn't send them a physical book, but you could send a picture of it. Are you responding to the publisher electronically or through the mail?
