    Site changes and bug reports.

As you can see, we made some changes that should help to make the site site easier to manage. Most of the changes are explained in the stickies.

If you have any questions or find something that doesn't work quite right, lease let me know in this thread.

Thank you for your patience while we sort this out.

CQ, what did you do with the "Unanswered Questions" thread? You moved it to a new forum called "Got an Issue?" but I see it too has disappeared.

Reason I'm asking is because I think I remember your saying a newbie would have to post 50 times in order to be granted access to the OT forums. Now I read the count has jumped to 100 posts.

Man, they'll really hafta work their tails off for this great honor, won't they! Guess they won't just eat and run anymore -- not with such a worthy goal ahead of them.

Another question: Do I have to keep the new password I was assigned? I'll never be able to remember those cockamamie letters and numbers, all meshed together into a non-word.

I want the old password back.

You got a new password? I was still logged in as usual when I popped in after the maintenance. Hopefully I won't need to do anything.

You can change your password here: http://www.writers.net/forum/profile...o=editpassword

The old passwords should work, but just in case, changing to a new one usually resets the account and minimizes any connection issues resulting from the change.
