I have to admit, I just downloaded a (not SPed) book onto my Nook and it SUCKS bigtime. Being very picky about most of the stuff I read, I'm pretty ticked off. It's horrible. HORRIBLE.

A publishing deal does not equal quality writing. Assuming anyone still cares about quality writing.

I'm disheartened by the low quality of current fiction. I think most of it sucks. But it sells.

I rarely waste time reading fiction anymore. But I might read your latest, soon-to-be-released book, Jena. Especially if it's a paranormal novel. Is it?

It is, though it's YA and not sure if it's up your alley. I hope it is.

I got the arc and there is a MAJOR mistake, FWIW, lol! Good thing I can change it. Amazing how I missed it, and how everyone else who read it missed it as well.

Maybe it slipped by during a Mercury Retrograde transit.

Ugh, don't mention MR. I'm still recovering from the last one.

James, your success at SP is impressive and inspiring. How did you start? Can you share a bit about how you marketed your work and got all those buying readers?

Jena, is that Bill Gates in that photo you posted? He looks hella sexy there, but I always liked nerds.

Even though Jena's books have all been YA, I've read them and enjoyed them because they're good stories and well-written. And, I'm PATIENTLY waiting for the arrival of your newest, Jena. Yes, Kitty, the premise is right up our alley.

I'd like to read one, but my separated sister won't tell me how to find it.
