They're a bit clunky, Greg. Save the clunk for the sub-title (which seems to be all the rage in non-fic these days). I like what you're going for in a couple, though. How about something like:

Shut Up!

Teaching Your Brain Who's Boss.

Have to agree with Frank. You want a main title that's short and punchy with a more explanatory subtitle. A variation on Frank's title for example:

Shut Up!
Talking Back to Your Brain

Or:

Shut Up!
Silencing the Regrets and Guilt

Look for something that will your title stand out from the crowd.

You need a title that doesn't say, 'here's another boring self-help book that I probably won't even understand most of what the author's talking about.'
