Kitty - I don't think you'd be happy at all with an e-reader. You'd miss the feel, smell, etc. of real books too much. And the joy selecting books brings you, be it at the library or a store. Downloading e-crap just ain't the same experience. Yeah, a Kindle is lighter to lug around, but doubt you'd find the trade off worth it.

Come on down - we'll take a visit to the Strand! Mmmmmm......real books!

Worse comes to worse, I'll just hang out on the computer...

    That sounds so... sad.

Yup...there's something about the Real Thing, isn't there! Maybe in the spring I'll mosey on down there again. The Strand, you say?

I remember visiting the Strand when I first moved to NYC zillions of years ago. I got Museum Eyes after just browsing a while -- amazing place! Glad to see it's still in existence.

The girl in the video has a cute smile, I thought.

Sold a few more. Writing pays, but you have to actually WRITE, not waste time on WN PRETENDING you can write. One man who wrote a book on protecting yourself and family from the starving hordes after the US Dollar collapses under the weight of debt caused by socialism has made $25,000 this month so far. I have found no sign that any WN regulars can write at all.

Is it possible that he really doesn't know he's here?

    Yo, James, YOU'RE HERE.
    On the WN website.
    Wasting your time.
And, in your case, WASTING YOUR TIME TRYING TO IMPRESS PEOPLE.
Is anything a bigger waste of time than that?
