    Don't you ever preview your posts before sending them off? At which point, if you do see a typo, you can easily fix it. And, if for some reason you miss it then, there's always our good buddy "Edit" to help you later. For a while.

    I'll admit, I was checking to make sure it was layman and not laymen, but "lame" made me laugh.

    The deliberate misuse of words can of course be very amusing. The occasional malinpropism is something to relish. Some years ago an aunt of mine went to visit her son (my cousin) in the United States. When she came back she told me she had been to see an old Indian reservoir!
