    Love the square caramels! Somehow, the kids can never find them in their trick-or-treat bags the next day.

    I've never seen a square caramel. I have, however eaten a large number of caramel cubes over the years.

    They have some homemade square caramels in some stores here. It's like 75 cents for one little caramel, but they are so incredibly delicious.

    Joe got me. I was talking about the cubes. Splash a little Baileys into a cup of coffee along with the caramel cubes, mmmmmmmmm.

    Do you, in your title, really mean "Fraulien?" If you mean the German word for "Miss" it would have to be:

    Fräulein

    By the way, zhi wong, it would be nice to hear some sort of response to the posts other wn-ers went to the trouble of sending.

    There is nothing more frustrating than reading an extremely long excerpt like yours, commenting on it (helpfully) and never hearing from the original poster again.
