Hi! I'm new and have a quick question - what is the standard software most publishers/agents prefer electronic/diskette submissions be submitted in?

I've heard Word but wanted to make sure before I go through the pains of converting my work =)

The last time I submitted a book-length manuscript, I provided the publisher with a Word hardcopy and a -1/2" diskette.

The "3" got lost here. It was a 3-1/2" diskette.
