Sterling House is not a commercial publisher, it is an expensive vanity press, owned by Cynthia Sterling, who also owns Lee Shore Literary Agency.
Cynthia frequently "sells" her clients' work to her own vanity press, a clear conflict of interest. Agents should not own publishing houses, and vice versa.
Sterling House books are never carried in bookstores. Check any ten, you'll find out I'm right.
I've heard of people paying Sterling House 10-20 thousand dollars to get several hundred copies of their book...that they can then store in their garage.
Do you need to know more? Writer Beware has received many dozens of complaints about this vanity press and its integral literary agency over the years. I could go on and on.
