After being absent for several years, I have started working on a new novel. My process this time is to "blog" the thing and hopefully get constructive criticism. It can be viewed here:

Great title, for what that's worth.

You are blogging an entire book? That's an interesting idea, but, in order to get feedback, you have to rewrite it to submit it and it will already have been pulbished online, sorta? I don't get it, but good luck. Kate

Rummah,
I agree with A.L. The title is perfect.
I read the first few chapters on your blog. It seems to be a romp regarding the U.S. experience in Iraq.
In passing, there is way too much exposition (I think) and lots of grammar issues. But you can fix those at your liesure.
Do you intend it as satire, low comedy, future history or a thriller?
I note that your first novel was launched by Publish America in 2004. Congratulations!
I can't think of much to add.

Did you serve in the military? Just curious if you're going of experience or making up off of things you've heard. Pretty interesting though.
