I remember Kay also and thought she had terrific material for a story. But what I'm seeing doesn't compute. Createspace is Amazon's self-publishing site. And try as I might, I can't Google up anything meaningful on the "Pride of the City" award--even less so when I throw in I.M. Pei's name.
