DISCUSSON FORUMS

Author: Susan

Besides this website, does anyone have any favorite sites that offer good writer's forums. I am looking for some in particular where you can post a sample of your writing for comments.

Susan thewriters BBs has been around as long as this site and has inividual forums for various writing interests. Go here:

http://www.writers-bbs.com/forums

Don't be intimidated by the number of forums. Scroll down until you find a toipic that fits your writing interests. Their threaded discussions are excellent. Just be prepared to offer suggestions to other people's posts, too. It's a great way to learn!

writing.com is a great place to post your work and have it reviewed by other members. the free membership offers a folder for five posts and there are a lot of groups and review forums.

iVillage

Author: Holli Moncrieff

iVillage.com is an on-line community for women. There's quite an extensive section of writers' boards, forums, chats, and on-line workshops.

Just be prepared for the two know-it-alls that constantly rear their conceited heads. They've both published a book, so now they think that they know everything, and that everyone else is an idiot.
