Stereotypes

Author: haribol acharya (---.mos.com.np)

One of the things I distaste in point of fact is pigeonholing ideas, means, I do not simply want to get confined to or categorize my writings into the types, kinds conventionally carried out.

To dlimit all I have to say is I believe in universality. As I do not belong to a domain or school of thought like romanticism, existentioalism, postmodernism or deconstructionism, I am open to or not bound to sets of ideas or theories and want to trascend even barriers of language.

To every net user's surprise I come of a very different and indeed alien background, and wherein I grew glued to nature in its entirety, indeed distant from the usualness most grow accustomed to.

Indeed here most of you find my ways of expressing things very weird or unusal. But the point is that is how I want to come across you, supposedly the people in the other hemisphere, culturally, geographically, philosophically and ethically as well.

Do not worry, I have something to interest and surprise you and a little bit enlighten you too. Having said too much about me I do not assert my egos.

In Soviet Russia, ideas pigeonhole you!

LOL John!

Haribol, call yourself whatever you like - or un-call yourself whatever you don't like - makes no nevermind to us. But if you want people to read your work, it's pretty much a no-brainer that they have to understand it along the way.

Unless you're Stephen Hawking.

Haribol:

I'm not sure if you're coming across properly. I know your initial introduction to this forum leaves a bitterness that screams acceptance. You claim you believe in universality and yet, you word it in a way that separates you from all others.

Separatism is not a pretty way to live.

How many egos do you have?

As I do not belong to a domain or school of thought like romanticism, existentioalism, postmodernism or deconstructionism...

Wow, haribol acharya, you have a bit of Michael Eric Dyson in you. I'm impressed :)

Well, really, the only people who seem tied to a writerly "school" are those who've wasted too much time studying & not enough writing -- most MFA holders, for instance... & yes, that's a deep personal prejudice, albeit borne from close observation.
