As promised, the forum for asking agent, author and publisher, Jeff Herman 20 questions is up and started at Helium.com this month. If you want to stop by and lurk, ask questions or say hello (but not pitch) here’s the url of the rules and timetable.

In case you’re not familiar with Mr. Herman, he is the author of the annual Jeff Herman Guide to Publishers, Editors and Literary Agents and co-author of Write the Perfect Book Proposal: 10 Proposals That Sold And Why . He and his wife Deborah are also making their mark in publishing with Three Dog Press which specializes in books specifically for writers.
Helium is free to join if you want to post publishing questions for Mr. Herman.
While there are many experienced writers at Helium, it is also a site for new writers who are just getting their feet wet and building confidence. We are very patient with everyone’s “same old” question and no question is considered dumb, so don’t be afraid to ask for help posting or getting around in the Getting Started at Helium forum which is open 24/7.
