Hello,
If there are any screenwriters out there, I have some ideas as to what the 3rd sequel could be about. You want to trade ideas?

Bridget Jones 2 sucked, really badly. I loved the first one, but the movie was better than the book, i thought. Same with Shawshenk redemption, movie kicked the books butt.

Well, yes. I do have to agree that the first Bridget was far better than the second...but I think the 3rd (and last, hopefully edition of the Bridget series), could be awesome. Here's what I'm thining...remember that Darcy was once married to the Japanese woman who he caught doing the nasty with his supposed best pal and Bridge's lover/lawyer...well, I'm thinking they could bring her back into the pic...what do you think?

well, in my opinion, if it's nothing like the second one and something that stands on it's own from the first one, but just as funny and endearing, then sure.... -L

My goodness. I thought the impossible happened in Bridget Jones the Edge of Reason: Fielding had trumped her initial success, and her writing positively sparkled.
Jones's interview with Colin Firth alone could make a body snort a fizzy drink out the nose.
The second film I thought nothing near as good as the book.
I would like to meet that Japanese woman ("very cruel race"). Definitely must bring Daniel back. Honestly wouldn't know what else to do with poor Bridget. STDs? Bigamy? Once you've been in a Thai prison, where else can you go but up?
