I'm sure you're a busy person, but I have really enjoyed your comments with regards to my query and synopsis. Any chance you might have time to read the first chapter of the manuscript. I can't find a writers group nearby and just got my first manuscript rejection.

Erica, thanks for the compliment. I'm slammed with chapters from my critique group at the moment, but why don't you post the first page or two in writing craft and I'll add my two cents. I'm not much use at longer stuff anyway and find that whatever writing issues a person has are usually apparent in the first couple pages.
