About a young man who comes to the conclusion that life is no longer worth living. He decides that suicide is his escape from all the troubles of earth, but before he goes he will try and take as many people with him as possible. He goes on a rampage destroying buildings with people in them. The only one that can stop him is FBI agent Peterson who also is his father.
