Stone Bench Associates authors' representatives acts as a mediator between aspiring writers and publishing companies. Our years of expertise in the publishing industry are put to work for our clients who may otherwise have no idea of how to best present themselves professionally. The publishing business is more competitive than ever, and new writers need professional support on their side.

We never charge reading fees, and in fact offer a number of free services for the writing community.

We are an agency with a strong interest in international works. To this end we encourage people from around the world to submit their work. Not only is cultural awareness important, these global voices produce some exceptional work.

We are no longer accepting fiction manuscripts. Stone Bench Associates is now focusing exclusively on non-fiction, especially science-driven non-fiction. Guidebooks, how-tos, and educational resources are excellent examples of the kind of manuscripts that are of interest to us. All subjects--from music to history, from herbalism to spirituality--are welcome.

Memberships: As we began in November, 2004, we have not as yet joined any organizations.
